1-Year Limited Warranty
At Mcoooauto, we stand behind the quality of our products. All headlight assemblies are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
I. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance. Covered items include:

LED & Component Failure: Internal LED strips, chips, or circuit boards failing to illuminate.

Sealing & Water Ingress: Excessive moisture or water leakage into the light housing due to seal failure (excludes normal atmospheric condensation).

Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the housing or lens material that occur during the production process.
II. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover (Exclusions)
To ensure fair use, the following conditions are not covered by this warranty:

Improper Installation: Damage caused by incorrect wiring, DIY errors, or failure to follow professional installation procedures.

Physical Damage: Cracks, scratches, or breaks caused by road debris, stones, accidents, or collisions.

Modifications: Any alteration to the original wiring harness, housing, or components (e.g., cutting wires or adding HID kits).

Environmental Factors: Damage from extreme chemicals, acid rain, or improper cleaning methods.

Normal Wear and Tear: Minor fading or superficial lens scratches over time.

Incidental Costs: We are not responsible for labor costs, towing, or rental car fees associated with the replacement of a defective product.
III. How to Make a Claim
If you experience an issue, please contact our support team at [Mcooocarlights@gmail.com]. To process your claim, we require:

Order Number: Proof of purchase from our official store.

Visual Evidence: Clear photos or a short video showing the defect or malfunction.

Product ID: A photo of the manufacturing sticker/label on the back of the light housing.
IV. Remedy
If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Mcoooauto will, at its option:

Provide replacement parts (e.g., a new bulb or seal) at no charge.

Replace the defective unit with a new one.
